Delete your YAIP account

You can ask for your YAIP account and its data to be deleted without opening the app.

The fastest way

In the app, go to Settings > Account > Delete account and enter your password. The account is deleted straight away. If you cannot use the app, send the request below instead.

What is deleted

• your YAIP account (username and password)
• its profiles, and their playlists and preferences
• favourites
• diagnostic reports
• saved VPN profiles
• the link between you and your purchase records
• assistant usage

We keep a record of purchases, with your account details removed, because the law requires it. Google Play holds its own payment records.

Your Google Play subscription

A renewing Google Play subscription is cancelled when your account is deleted, so you will not be charged again. If it cannot be cancelled, the account is not deleted and the app tells you; you can then cancel it yourself in Google Play, under Payments and subscriptions.

Ask us to delete it

Fill in the form. We handle requests within 30 days, and we will reply to the email address you give to confirm. We may ask a question to check the account is yours.
